4 Wind measures breath.  Today is a good day to pay special attention to our breath. Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts, then hold for 4 counts.  This makes one pranayam.  Practice 4 times in the morning and 4 times in the evening.*
