Of a Life
Is often blocked
The wounded Psyche
Organizes around Defense -
A Fortress medieval
Or Forest primeval
The Princess within
The Prince without
Shoot Arrows of Projection
Blindly over Walls
Until a benevolent
Force arises from within
A Bid for Consciousness
A crucial Cry for Love
When Sleep seduces
Refuse with Power doubled
Overcome the Tragedy
Of Life without its Poetry.
