Throngs of Bougainvillea stretch

Scarlet Arms into the desert Sky -

Birdsong and dappled Sunlight abound

Swan Clouds sail by

Stately and serene –

Hummingbirds hover in Tangerine Trees

Lemons hang ponderous

Bountiful and free –

Gifts from the gods to me.
