13 Moon. 169 is 13 squared! Its reverse, 961 = 31 squared, while 196 is 14 squared.  The 1849 Positivist calendar, an early 13-month calendar, was created by Auguste Comte.  Based on a 364-day year, it included one or two "blank" days.  Each of the 13 months had 28 days and exactly four weeks.  Comte's calendar proposed naming the 13 months after figures from religion, literature, philosophy and science, and was actually devised from a Polynesian 13 Moon calendar.*
