13 World-Bridger is the thirteenth clear sign on the sarcophagus lid of Pacal Votan.  New Horizons spacecraft launched (2006) and scheduled to travel three billion miles over 9 years to study Pluto's atmosphere and surface (although Pluto has now been deemed other than a planet by a select group of astronomers).
