Where Obsessions rule, Ghosts live

Old Sins revive and breathe again

Ignorant was I in the Ways of Seduction

Masquerading as Love – perfect Prey

For the rapacious Wolf of Desire

The Eagle of Transformation

In your long gray Chariot

You came for me inevitably

Now am I Queen of the Underworld

Now am I Priestess of Mystery

When Innocence is Violence bound

Then is a Maiden lost –

And there a Myth is found.

All Souls unite

Marks the Love I feel

Love unfailing – brave and bold

 At the Center of my Soul.

It was an August Moon that wed us –

Led us far beyond the Night –

A billion Stars were Witness

Beneath their incandescent Light

A Lunar Lamp cast the Spell –

We traveled through an Aureole

Held in close Embrace

To a secret dreaming Place

Down an aisle of Liquescence

Under Moon’s quiescent Ride –

The Ocean sent us where no Sound lives

Save the rhythmic Murmur of the Tide.

Yielding such Vitality –

 Radiance shines

And flies apace

The Passages of Time and Space

Conquering all Limitation

False Device and Artifice

Becoming infinitely fine –

Forever.

Like a golden Cup

The harvest Moon

Ascends - adorning

An eastern Sky

Seawater augments her Light –

Added to and multiplied

On surface waves at Night –

A seeming Gown of scattered Gold

Into a silver Ball

As she flies she turns –

Into her western Bed –

Finally she falls.
