Meditation for the Day Out of Time
Begin by finding a quiet, comfortable place. Focus on your breath.
Let your body settle into stillness. You might place your hands over your heart.
Now, speak (silently or aloud):
I offer forgiveness to all I have harmed (knowingly or unknowingly).
I offer forgiveness to all who have harmed me (knowingly or unknowingly).
I forgive myself for the ways I have abandoned, betrayed, or dimmed my own light.
I forgive the forgetting.
I release the need to understand.
I release the need to punish.
I release the looping narratives that keep pain alive.
I choose coherence.
I choose healing.
I choose remembrance.
I choose love.
Remain in silence, allowing these words to resonate deeply within your heart.
Feel the release move through your body, and then extend into the earth, into the places that still hold war, pain, and fragmentation.
Offer your compassion to all beings.
Let your light ripple outward.
Release what is no longer yours to carry.

And the existential Lie?
*Eros, the god of love deserts Psyche his lover, when she looks upon him in the night. She has been forbidden to do so. Therefore, he flies back to his mother, Aphrodite, goddess of love. Psyche and Eros symbolize the inner feminine and masculine aspects of soul and consciousness, which must be reconciled before psychological wholeness is achieved. They finally reconcile and have a child called Joy, symbolic of the healthy and whole relationship when psyche is infused with love.

Laughing with the dancing Stars of

She captures all celestial Beams and

Within her endless Lattices of Light

Kissing all the Shells upon the Shore---
She stretches salty Arms around her
Islands
As if to say she could not love them

Between two Continents does she sit---
Protecting all that lives beneath her
